Whenever you install any new program or a software on your computer, the program creates a new startup command on your computer. That is, every time you turn on your computer, the program loads automatically.

You might already be seeing a lot of programs that auto start when you log into your computer. That is why your system’s loading performance is delayed. Those programs take a lot of memory and so time, during the logon. Yet, there are some important programs that should auto-start. So, turn off all the unnecessary programs.

You can do this using Ccleaner tool. Or you can also edit it in the msconfig menu. To do so, go to

Start > Run > type msconfig > Startup

Uncheck the unnecessary items and click OK.

Remove Viruses, Malware and Spyware

Such malicious content on your computer can really deny the loading time. They are just worthless pieces, which cause a lot of harm to your PC.

If you see a lot of interruptions during the work, suddenly hanging, unknown errors all the time, most likely, you should scan for virus on your computer. Because, having malicious items on your computer can create a lot of troubles.

If you are an active internet user, the chances of getting more virus on your computer are high. Because, when you use the internet, you obviously download a lot of files onto your PC. Some of them can be dangerous. Not always. Only if you download files, which are not from a trusted site, they harm your computer. Such content spread virally on your computer and can stop your entire system from working.

So, it is very keen to have an anti-virus software installed on your computer. If you use the internet, an internet protection tool is also highly recommended. These programs will make sure that your computer is always safe. Even if you plug-in an external data drive, you see a pop-up window that asks you to scan the files. Performing a security scan will prevent harmful data from entering your PC.

Also, you should keep scanning your content often. This will never let any malware be present. And, when you don’t have such files, at all, this will fasten your computer’s performance in all possible ways, as there is no crap to block.

Uninstall Optional Programs

When you have a computer, which can run many programs, it is more obvious that you already have a lot of programs, installed on your computer. So, that is more like storing unused and unnecessary programs on your PC. Is that necessary? Having such unused material will just make your system work slow.
